A couple of the Fuzzhuggers have sold and been removed from that section. I recall seeing a lot more. All the SS/BS stuff sold. Word is getting around, but a lot of people don't care because they just want DISCOUNTS DISCOUNTS DISCOUNTS. Like every tenth thread on TGP is about fucking discounts, or products not being discounted and how that sucks.

Honestly, I think it's just a slow economy. I personally can't afford anything right now (made this past weekend irritating with all the sales, but I survived

), and I know a couple local stores are slow right now, and have been in the tail end of the year. Maybe it's just upstate NY. We can't all be Uncle Grandfathers.
I think so too dude. I know for me personally it's slowed down since I got married, that and I've been putting my money when I do have it into larger things like guitars and nice amps instead of pedals

Agreed shit is moving really slow but I feel like most people are better off economically this year as opposed to past so I'm not sure. Not saying everyone here is but at least in the US the economy is slowly recovering. Maybe all of us have just gone too far and ran out of money

I know I'd always leave some funds in my bank account in case a really cheap deal came up but I can't buy anything for months now, I just have to sell and save. Gotta focus on paying off my mortgage

Believe it or not my pedal board really hasn't changed in almost two months. I've found pedals that work both for recording and for live use which has been awesome. Hasn't cured GAS at all, but just made me look at other things, of course, like amps and guitars. But now that my main amps are sorted out, it's just been now trying to FIND stuff to get into hahah

I mean, I'm poor right now, but I've been really poor in past years, too. But my pedal flipping has gone WAY WAY down in the last 18 months or so. And mainly it's because I've reached a point where I'm content with 95% of my setup on both pedalboards and my amp. I'm at the point now where I've only changed one pedal on my covers board in the last year, and same on my SF board.

I'm not buying as many pedals as I used to either. I'm pretty happy with what I have right now. There are a few things I need, but they're either not being made yet or they're too expensive. The Eventide H9 for instance. The rest is just 'want' or 'desire' and I need guitars more than I need pedals.

This is where I'm at right now, but I keep flipping stuff because...... boredom?

What I really need to start doing is building my amp/synth setup instead of just posting about it all the time.

honestly i'm pretty over the constant flipping of gears. its cool to switch it up and get some new friends don't get me wrong.
i'd just rather be spending my time making music and having fun, then always jumping on some new bandwagon bc OMGZZZZ HYPEZZZZZ.

I'm too afraid of losing my favorite pedal toans in a trade and then having to buy that shit again

I only go for efficiency now; I'll study it until I feel that I know what it's about and then maybe I'll buy it.

I haven't sold a pedal in months. I have a few I might get rid of to buy a Gretsch or an Eventide H9, but probably not to buy any more pedals unless I replace my Villanova vibe with another vibe.

I'm too poor to buy things without making a corresponding sale. If I had to actually save up the money to buy a pedal outright, I'd probably be able to swing maybe 1 per year, tops.

Same here. My wife might end up flipping stuff behind my back!
