Thanks. The loop usually goes like this:
tuner
Loop1 fuzz 1 and 2 (I switch them out a lot- right now a sunface and a EQD zap machine)
loop2 soulbender or big muff
loop3 goatleg and fish and chips EQ
loop4 echo and tr 2
RRR
RC2

The looper is awesome. Keeps everything super quiet and way more tone intact. I like to use whatever fuzz I have in loop 1 as the rhythm sound and then when it gets to the loud parts I step on the looper and simultaneously turn off loop one and turn on loop 2 for louder, crazier fuzz. It is fun

You got some exsplaining to do. What's dat far left black one, and da blue one next to it, and the orange and white one above the blue one. I'm sure all of them sound like sex because they're fuzz, but I like the way those look.

Here I am. ;)

Well, the black one is a hand-made, point-to-point germanium fuzz by T-Pedals (http://www.t-pedals.com).
Don't know if you ever heard about their T-Fuzz (has been - and still is - marketed also outside Italy, in the UK and US).
This one is limited-edition developed exclusively for Hiwatt/Music Ground (was sold only in the UK). Very few pieces around.

The blue one on the left is the D*A*M Fuzz Sound FS-75. A cross between a Tonebender mk. III and mk. IV.
IMHO one of the best fuzzes around. Three NOS Mullard transistors inside. It's an incredible pedal!

The white and orange one is another "made-in-Italy" pedal. It is not a clone of famous models of the past, but an original project.
I really like to use it as a fuzzy overdrive (both "gain" and "cream" at 9 o'clock): sounds great with my Jazzmasters

just like the description says...small board that I use with my combos.
I'm waiting on a Malekko trem to finish it off.
Will probably switch to a Pitchblack tuner so I can power the trem pedal off it.

When I got the MOEN GEC9 from Slidemeiser, it came with a free MOEN power supply and 5 connector daisychain. Just got another 8 connector daisychain and now everything is powered! That saved me about $125. Now to cut the board to size, paint and cable the sucker. Might add my T-Resonator after seeing shoegazer's. Gotta check it out on guitar.

Has not changed in months! I'm pretty proud of myself. Haha.

That looks intimidating.

I have a t-resonator, but I use it for making tripped out noise, not for guitar. How do you use it for guitar? What sounds/effects do you use? I was pondering adding it to my pedalboard.

I actually don't use it for guitar. Its in a feedback loop mangling field recordings for harsh noise type stuff. See my bandcamp in sig if you are interested... :joy:

no1000 wrote:the shoegazer: what does the de-7 do in the loop? Can you accentuate freqs? Turn down unwanted freq's?

We live pretty close too! I live in chino hills and hang out pretty frequently in the fullerton area. We should jam! :P

I acts as a kind of control of the tonality of the noise created in the the feedback loop and affords a little control over pitch and frequencies.

Rad. I would love to. I have a show at Burger Records (in Fullerton) on July 10th if you are interested as well.
