^Got damn, things are gettin' hairy up in here, and I'm a squirrelly lil bastard. Really, squirrels love me!
Ugh, I've got that Count to Five on preorder but this is such a good price nooooolordgalvar wrote:Another Infanem $99 sale: http://infanem.bigcartel.com/product/99 ... n-june-5th
I doubt it. He said on facebook that his cost of living went down after moving to the east coast. Probably just trying to drive some sales to get interest back up/get rid of stock. Said some new stuff is on the way too.Dandolin wrote:Wait. Is something going to happen to the STEP?
I kinda figured it would be which is why I mentioned the humbuckers. I think you are right though, it has a lot of clarity. I think that's why I liked it stacked.neonblack wrote:I use it for my Bass VI and I like it. Brash, cutting fuzz. It has a lot of clarity too, which is nice. You can hear every note of a chord. It doesn't all turn to mush.
The octave effect is pretty noticeable to me, but mostly higher on the neck.
Alright, here's what we do. We record a short, high quality snippet of this "crazy digital saxophone" sound using the latest technology from NASA, known in Houston as "sampling." Then, I utilize my Oscillation Overthruster to travel to an alternate dimension where The Mad Titan has acquired his coveted Flux Capacitor Delay, which we use to travel back in time for the sole purpose of replacing the revoltingly shitty digital sax sound in innumerable cheep synths with your high quality crazy digital saxophone "sample." Boom! A better world for all.neonblack wrote:Last night I ran my RRR full wet into my Warped Vinyl into the octave up STEP and it sounded like some kinda crazy digital saxophone.

Now, you're in charge of sound production and crazy saxophone concept. I've got alternate dimensional travel, and customer service, because I love lulz. I'll need some muscle to help me elude Walternate and Fauxlivia, and to help "persuade" The Mad Titan Beta to "lend" his Flux Capacitor Delay to our The Mad Titan Prime. Ideas?
Although this step, while doubtless exciting, could be avoided if UG.
As for the delicate process of removing the Flux Capacitor from the Flux Capacitor Delay, I'd defer to our FX-making overlords, though I tend to think this is a natural for Dr. Scientist given his experience working in quantum fields.
Now, we're gonna need somebody good to helm product delivery. I think I noticed lordgalvar still awake... LG? LG?
