You ever buy from Yahoo Japan before?

haha. Sooo....how high are you planning to go? You know, I am just trying to value this and not trying to bid just a little more :poke: .

Might have to talk to the wife and take away my future kid's college fund!

Or maybe....like backwardsvoyager said, this will open the gates for more when sellers see how much they go for?

The suspense! The terror! The fuzz!
yeah something tells me that its going to be between you and me on this one :yay:
i've never been in a bidding war before oh boy. i just need to keep my manic state in check so it doesn't get silly. i figure a couple hundred on top of what it probably sold for new is the neighborhood i'm probably going to stick to.

I had one and basically gave it away. Why the FUCK would you pay that much for this? It doesn't make sense. It's a terrible pedal IMO. Kills your lows and has volume issues. The 88 is so much better, it's not even funny.

These come up a lot on ebay too. I've seen several this year.

When does the auction end? I want to grab some popcorn and watch this bidding war go down.

Me too. I better actually stay busy today so I don't dwell on it. haha. I've never been in a bidding war either. This is kinda neat...haha.

I'm going to go build some more cabinets for my kitchen so I might have a chance to not eat sandwiches for the rest of me life.

(If anyone is worried about my kids not going to college...I don't have 'em so they are cool)

It ends like 21 hours.

Somebody can end this if they trade me their 86 now. Save the world the trauma.

the GAS wants what the GAS wants. that sounds pretty awesome killing the lows for a trebly sound  should stack well with a gomorrah....oh the places we could go. i've never seen one come up before. its just money anyways.

Well had I know all this stuff would be so coveted, I would have kept mine and sold it for 300. LOL

Lordgalvar, I hated it! Sold it after about 6 months. One of the worst fuzzes I've tried.

Maybe they play a different style of music to you and might use it in a different way. To them it might be their holy grail fuzz. :idk:

It was one of the early ones. Judging by the Green Monster and theremin, I think he might have been kinda going that direction. The 45 and stuff I think were the good sounding ones :idk: .I'm still curious about it. Thanks man

Well the issue was that the volume was sooooooooo low. The fuzz itself wasn't horrible, but it was unusable because of the volume issues. Maybe I had a bad unit? Who knows.

The volume levels on last gasp stuff is always a bit of a problem. I have a feeling that they are based in older fuzz designs that had volume drops. The SPK2 is like that too. Good to know that was the issue though. Thanks for the information man!
