Turns on the fog machines I guess...
(Never got pedals that try to simulate certain amps. wtf.)
Clearly you haven't tried a monarch

You, sir, are right.
I won't deny that some might sound great, but I don't get the idea as a principle. Which is why I wasn't ever interested in trying one.

Anyone care to inspire my gas more with noise/synth stuff?
Uh, how about the stuff I'm selling?

Makes sense, I actually use a monarch and a lotus drive in front of 2 primarily clean amps as drive Channels, I run them after some delay and before others so it is almost like my delays are in an effects loop between the drive stage and the power stage. Works well for how I play, probably wouldn't work for most. As a standalone OD the monarch and Lotus drive are both outstanding. There are others that I am not so sure abotu although I do want to try this:

I was interested in some of that... I may be interested in the utopia and spring thing.
Still have to come up funds through selling other stuff, but it will be on my radar
Right now I'm envisioning:
Drone Commander -> Black Forest -> trem/slicer -> el Cap
&
Drum machine (iunno what yet) -> whole bunch of fuzz pedals -> eq -> digital delay (dd3/5/7 or a hardwire) and maybe a reverb
Plus me and my acoustic. Mmmmmmmm.

The Skychord synth you have up now gives me GAS. I'm secretly hoping you keep it a couple weeks so I can try the Cacophonator that's OTW first.

Pffhghhhh
I want that Dano baritone neck. And some cheap pickups. I wonder if GFS makes a good geetar neck pickup.
I have a new project but no funds.

Just got this ... very cool.
Oberheim P100 Phasor -- looks to be same as the Maestro MPS-2 Mini-Phase except it has a 9V AC tap (same miniplug as old EHX pedals).
Pot & IC codes put it at 1974.
Needed a tiny bit of alignment on arrival, but a nice subtle vintage phaser.

Mudfuzz = totally agreed!

and mostly for stupid reasons I feel.
people buy stuff thinking "I can make a profit" whereas someone could use it.
I've done it, we've all done it to some degree I'm sure, but it's getting out of hand where it's a full-time job for some people and they literally suck up all the good deals. last decent deal I ever had was on eBay... sometimes the most obvious place gets missed (especially misspellings/badfeedback/etc... for bad feedback I try use the phone/try ask to pick it up/try it out etc as it's always worth a go). but yeh... soon they'll all be Made In China stuff in the FS section and all the businesses will have the good stuff and no one will be afford to buy them back
