I am thankful that the folks over at fsb will (hopefully) be on the lookout for any "new" fx startups who also happen to buy pre-populated boards from overseas.

Of course, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to crack open a pedal and realize that it isn't quite as "boutique" as the YouTube video made it look...

i tend to go by website quality when judging pedalmakers, the shittier/charming the better the pedal maker. and he broke the trend.

i like how he kinda wanted to set out to prove that they are the same and kinda went away with proving that the joyo is more versatile, more or less.

I like the joyo better in the GMD video, I catually kinda want one too.

I've seen a bunch of Joyo guts in the flesh and the build quality is very poor. I've seen ones with rust, components glued on and a bunch of other strange shit.
