That guy has to be trolling...whether or not it's intentional is unknown. Self-awareness aint exactly at a historic high.
Anyway, I'm now aware of 3 things that seriously disappoint me:
i) someone unappreciative of beauty...yet trying to wear creative hats
ii) someone who hoards rare art supplies to flip them for profit instead of creating something priceless (especially when said supplies themselves blur the line between art & utility)
iii) general insight into the majority of vocal characters who post on TGP; the type of self-absorbed d-bags who offline make terrible neighbors, drivers, bosses/coworkers/employees...musicians...and decent human beings. Toxic.
And if one such person ticks all the boxes...and is a relative? Ugh.
