TBH, I won't know what the best album of 2015 was until, like, June 2016.

I haven't heard anything as good as new Sufjan Stevens though, and we're in November.

This year has disappointed me. Maybe the new Baroness/Intronaut will save it towards the end.

I just heard Joanna Newsom's thingy and I really have never disliked anything she's done.

More like 5 years from now, so much music comes out ever year you can't absorb it all even if you could listen to it all.

I'm extremely worried about Baroness since their output is like a huge rollercoaster... and I don't think Intronaut will save it, I listened to it a couple of times and I have no idea what to think
I don't want to spoil anything for you, but the screamed vocals and more frenetic tempos sort of make it sound like a demo for a new Safety Fire record a little bit which is not bad, because the Safety Fire are pretty awesome, but it's totally different and not in a necessarily good way...
Meaning there are moments that sound much more genericore than any Intronaut music should
I wish I had a sample or something post, but Fredelica's new album Gaitou is such a fucking great hardcore album. Might end up being my top. Should hopefully have it in my distro soon enough because I've listened to it like 6 times a day since getting it.

Also I'm a total dick and forgot about this album because I've been under the weather and this is rad metal for healthy times but it's awesome if you like classic-y metal (and you should like metal). http://thesehandsconspire.bandcamp.com/releases
