Sandor's and Brien's fight. Perhaps one of the greatest fight scenes ever filmed. Made me bit sad because something about it made me convinced that she is not long for this world. I had somewhat hoped the series would depart from her largely senseless death, but I don't see that happening now. Another valiant fool will die for nothing while winter is coming.
I loved that scene as well. I groaned when I realized they were going to meet, but it was very well done and one of my favorite changes to the series, especially since it covers the whole minor arc of Brienne killing her first person and the changes you see in her after that. Did she die though? I kinda ascribe to the 'if you don't see them die, then they will probably pop up later' school of thought.

Last night : her take on Sansa's favorite lemon cakes and
pigeon chicken pie for the main course. The pie she festooned with the sigil of our house, our two cats....

There aren't words for how rad that is.

im still sad about the chainings of the dragons, i wanted to cry

Showing her do it was a nice touch. And using different sounds for the dragons once they realized what was happening added a lot to that scene.

The little fairy girl fireblasting Jojen's body was pretty silly. One of the most yawn/whatever deaths yet. The greenseer telling Bran he'll fly maybe means he'll eventually be controlling the dragons? That's what I thought from the book anyway.
Brienne/Hound: Pretty awesome. It didn't change anything important, and it made the Hound's demise a bit more of an event than it was in the book, which is a good thing. Pushing it as far as 'bonus material' type changes go, but still within reasonable boundaries.
Really glad they did that Qyburn scene. Herbert Westeros!

The Children throwing fire balls was easily the worst part of the episode. That was so stupid I'm not sure what to do about it. The same with the fast skeleton walkers instead of the ones from the book. I have thought for ages that Bran would be powerful enough to control the dragons if he got close to them. Glad they showed Qyburn as well - with the show's ability to streamline things I won't be surprised to see them cover the remainder of books four and five in two seasons - GRRM better get to work.

That's a very loaded question, so click at your own discretion.
Big time spoilers:
The big reveal at the end of book three is that Catelyn Stark isn't exactly dead. Beric Dondarrion and Thoras of Myr and whatever their band of merry men is called pulled her body out of the water and brought her back to life. You don't really see her in the following books, but you hear about her now and again

BFTD Catelyn Stark isn't as tender and forgiving as even, say, Circe Lannister. It's kinda another of those "holy shit! WTF NOOOOOOO!" moments in the books.

Yeah I was thinking they'd get to all those things, but it was probably more important to tie up tyrion and arya at this point. Leaves it nice and open for next season.
Looking forward to Arya in Braavos.
I thought Sandor vs Brienne was lame when they met....by the end of the scene I had to eat shit and grin.
That was probably the best fight scene of the show.
And That final exchange between Tyrion and Tywin was quite well done. Dinklage and Dance are great.

That was piss funny.
Also I liked that nobody really respected Stannis despite his appearing out of nowhere and slaughtering everyone in sight. They conveyed the disdain that precedes him much better than in the books, I thought.

Brienne v. Hound I'm guessing was about trying to give Arya and Brienne a scene together, which was kind of fun. Didn't really hurt the Arya/Hound arc, so no offense taken there and the fight was something. I wonder how they'll finish Briene's quest arc, though.
