Came into work today after 4 days off to a bunch of packages, Merry Xmas to me!
Innnnnnnnnnn
Tetrapad
RML Electron Fuzz Custom
Meris Ottobit which i actually got specifically for modular after seeing a few instagram clips with it being used that way
also got the Arius Blaze (folktek) "Meditations In Jazz" 2x LP and the Alessandro Cortini "Avanti" tape
Hoping my big Intellijel utility haul arrives today as well. However I am WAY out of room in both my cases so definitely time to sell off what i'm not using and rebuild them both which i haven't done since starting eurorack.

I don't know about that...
I just checked and I have modules from 17 manufacturers in my 7U.
I don't see how I could get something similar from only one or even two manufacturers.
I've also been tweaking the 3 modules feedback patch with Rings/Noise Tools/Chronoblob and it's really super nice. I'm actually glad I haven't updated my Chronoblob firmware because the latest one removes the hold function clicks and I'm using the clicks quite a lot now

.

I couldn't do one manufacturer in Euro, I'd have to go Buchla or Serge for something like that. There are way too many manufacturers making too many cool things in Euro to shackle myself to one cart. And then you have to add in all the cool DIY shit you can do.

I don't think I would shackle myself to one manufacturer. I would still keep my small, musique concrete-ish rack, which is a bunch of different manufacturers. And as well all know, when someone says I want either this or that in euroland, they really mean both. Also cross patching would be inevitable. I'm just starting to appreciate the Alessandro Cortini approach.

I could do a one manufacturer rack but it would have to be something like a MN B&G Shared System (with Morphagene), Verbos composition system, Intellijel (and use a midi sequencer). The advantage is that everything would just work together getting the expected CV levels, etc. OF course, something9s) would be missing but I guess I would get it out of the rack (with a Digitakt

). This would probably be easier to do if I was just starting out.
I agree with the comment above about how it is easier to do that in another format. Euro just has too many awesome options for me to look at one manufacturer.

That gate delay is bonkers.
It reminds me of a midi delay (the Squarp pyramid has one).

Based off my international flights you should have at least one 3-prong jack under your seat or somewhere around. I've seen people post pictures of them with their 3U's on flights to wiggle in the skies.
