He said he was clearing out his emails and realised that he completely misunderstood me and wasn't acting fairly. He apologised. I thought that was really cool. Although he was out of line, it takes balls to own up to that and say sorry.

WHY DON'T YOU MIND YOUR OWN FUCKING BUSINESS?

This made me snort-laugh. Few people achieve that.

And silverburst is just about the best thing ever. Green is horribly underused in guitars - if I ever have something custom made (which I won't) it will be a dark flaked out green  I'm actually tempted to pick up one of the Squier Jazzys and refinish it in green.

There's a guy here on ILF, univalve, who refinished a purple MIJ Mascis Jazzy with a super flake green sparkle. It's badass! I'll try and find a pic. :thumb:

I'm actually a little upset that someone has already done this

Wow that jazzy looks killer.
On a different note, I'd like to express my rage at PayPals fees. I haven't had to use them for a while and just got gouged $5 in fees. That is horse shit.

It's ok, I usually write the date the way you weirdos do as well. Science jobs beat that into me long ago.
My family doesn't understand, but i'm glad someone does.

Also, we aren't weirdos. I've never been able to reconcile why you guys put the month before the date. Although its not like it really matters, just one of those cultural differences that we all find irksome about each others' nations. Like how you seppos say "aluminum". Its aluminium. Where did the "i" go at the end?
I think I've just opened up a can of worms...

My freshman chem professor said aluminium. I got used to it.

It's the 15th of March here, and I love that there was a period of adjustment for your ears to settle on aluminium.
Its ok, I have relatives from the back-water parts of my state that say "fillum" for film. And I've heard people say "cam-ray" for camry. Which reminds me, I think Australia might actually out-redneck the US on a per capita basis.

I have a hard time believing that.

Depends on the region. if you dropped/overlaid Australia on the US it could work, maybe?

Maybe?
