Yeah that actually looks pretty incredible! It has a lot of overlap with my other synths, but I'd like to try one out for sure.

Fender XII has the OG pickups but new fangled bridge. I await the commentary at the offset forum to find out whether this is the moral equivalent of the Patriots giving the Rams ebola to secure their Super Bowl win.

Microfreak looks pretty bad ass. I also dig the big beat style track. I miss big beat...

Damn, this namm is already crazy, but today completely destroyed me. Right in the finances.

Waking up and looking at facebook and this thread has never been this painful.

It’s cool to see all these Squier offsets get a Classic Vibes model, but the prices aren’t any different than the Vintage Modified series and there doesn’t appear to be any real differences between a lot of these VM / CV models. I’m hoping this doesn’t mean that CV is dropping in quality.

The necks on the CVs I played felt way more better than the VMs, but none as good as the Squier J Mascis JM.
Never been a fan of bound fretboards however.

Agreed. I think it looks kind of ugly, but it sounds like it might be pretty sweet

EHX's page on the Attack & Decker is up:
https://www.ehx.com/products/attack-decay
"It can produce a single volume envelope like the original, or, with Poly engaged, put separate volume envelopes on each note you play."
So it seems my wishful ramblings above have been realized. Makes it seem more likely to be digi (along with the 150 ma current pull)
moar salients:
- Mono mode: one volume envelope at a time, the envelope resets when you play a new note.
- Poly mode: gives each note you play its own envelope.
- Built-in, fully adjustable, Harmonix fuzz enhances the volume envelope effect and produces bowed instrument sounds.
- Built-in effects loop allows for your own pedals to be inserted onto the volume envelope.
- Expression pedal or CV control over every knob on the Attack Decay.
- Save and recall up to three presets.
- EHX 9.6VDC-200mA power supply included
- Current Draw: 150mA @ 9VDC
