NO WAY MAN! That's as much as my Echoczar!

We have issues...
$1.38 a day for a feeling of fleeting gratification. ;)
wait... how do you figure $1.38 a day? can I get in on that?
the full price is mere than 150% of the last iteration, no? and even that was kinda ludicrously priced.
Couldn't I easily get a custom Tonal Recall with fx loop in a Jwarian etch enclosure for 1.400$?
Still $1.38 is so negligible an amount in comparison to the amount of awesome & delay you get....

edit:
and they're all sold out  so nevermind

You could always buy this guy's: https://reverb.com/item/5756454-moog-mf ... ships-free
$2,150 + Free Shipping
As NEW in box.

Never taken out of the plastic, never powered up, the box was opened only for this pic.

Out of Production!

I bought this directly from a Moog reseller and now I have to sell it for personal reasons.
I guess his personal reasons are that he can make more fucking money on it since he clearly didn't buy it in order to use it. :whateva:

In the US, dealers will sometimes offer 0% financing in 36-month installments, which translates to nearly $1.38 a day over that period. Not cheap, but not totally out of reach for someone who doesn't have kids or a spouse to support. And yes, I could've gotten other stuff (like an Empress EchoSystem or some Chase Bliss goodness), but I already have a lot of the pedals I want, like 5 other Empress pedals and 3 acid-etched CB pedals. Ultimately I didn't want to wait 3-10 years for the next revision of the MF-104 series, so I went ahead and grabbed up another one while they were available. ---I don't feel great about that price, but it also means I won't be refreshing Reverb tabs for the next several years, in an effort to track one down.

---Just saw that in my feed and a little cartoon bubble popped up in my head that read, "Hey bud, personal reasons, like making a quick $1,000 profit?"

It kills me when people do huge inflations and they always have to back it up with some [likely non-existent] tragedy. Just put up your ad with your asking price. No one's going to give you more money for a sad story.

Sure from time to time, you've got car troubles or rent due and you need a quick $300-500. But these jokers who have around $100,000 worth of gear up and are citing "personal reasons" completely irritate me. Personal reasons....like buying a bigger house or a luxury car. Don't act like you're selling a $300 pedal for $800, in order to pay for emergency surgery.

I saw a synth ad once, that was asking around 95% of the original retail price (which was way more than market). The guy said he was trying to fund a cross-country move, but the ad had been up for about 14 months. Umm...so what was he trying to fund now and why was he still asking far more than everyone else online? At the end of the day, I avoid sellers who are crying poor, while simultaneously hawking off thousands of dollars worth of primo gear.

dude if I would have known/understood the 1.38$/day earlier an have been eligible as German...
I'd have bought that MF-104 in a heartbeat

and only later realized that is about 42$/month which sounds a bit less negligible but still doable

oh well, I'm bound to buy something else some other day

and fuck those price inflating hawkers... there's another one going for 2.700€ FFS

The "red" one (actually orange) is neither a compressor nor a ring modulator.

However, if you are keen on ring mods then you might like what we're cooking up. NAMM is going to be so much fun.

Das SuperDelay klingt sehr verhangen im Vergleich zum normalen. Soll ich meins jetzt verkaufen? Schnell 2000 EUR machen :idk:

;)

Not at this NAMM. We did make one prototype of a Bode-type frequency shifter though.

God I fucking hate ring mods.

Except that flanger one that I have on the Molecular Compactor.

That Spiral Shift sounds good in some bits though!
