I'm starting to anguish about it now too
At first I was super excited but I just bought a Blacktop Jazzy and I'm really enjoying it.
So I've got like next to no gas for this at the moment.
But I know if I pass up on this I'm going to regret it
Also I'm trying to save for a modular synth
I'll have to try to go in and play it. Then see how I feel

If it's the same one the bass player in our band took back, it sounds great.
It's not much, unplugged - it could use a good setup - but it sounds really great amped. And it drives pedals like an absolute CHAMP.
I was playing bass last night, and I kept asking myself why I'm bothering with a VI...
then I remembered...

it's because I've had a freakin' drawer full of parts, waiting for it since August!

Still though... I'm convinced it's the perfect duo (drums/VI) instrument.

Also the perfect "you're jamming with a guy who plays guitar too" instrument.

If I get one though I feel like I'll need to sell one of my guitars. The Jazzy I just got? Not happening...the Gretsch? Not happening...
I think I'll pass on the one sitting in L&M for now and hopefully I can make up my mind by the time the one I ordered actually comes in....eventually....maybe?
