Going:Fuck Overdrive (yea, yea fuck you guys). I like it but not enough to justify keeping. I may get another one down the road just like I did with the TAFM.

Oh and my marriage I'm sure will be going when my learns of some of these things. Also I have to find a way to get Skyrim this weekend. MUST HAVE SKYRIM!!!!!!

the elements is so versatile on the bass.

almost justifiable in having two.

I was hoping someone would say that. I've looked all over the damn place for bass demos and haven't found any (unless I'm blind).

The FUCK is awesome, but I just don't need to OD's right now. The And Aardvarks works better for what I like an overdrive to do.

I just played my friends 91 Les Paul standard (beautiful guitar) and now I want me some humbuckers for the Jazzy (in the neck, at least).
Would a PAF Humbucker be what I'm looking for to cop that tone? I'm thinking yes, but want to double check because I know WRHBs are brighter.

So maybe this?

What head will you be using and how much are you looking to spend?
The standard, readily available, not terribly expensive answer is a Marshall 1960.
You should be able to find one on Craigslist for $350-$450 depending on the condition.
