Yes, in the very early days, I occasionally used hot glue between the pots and enclosure walls for extra security. Tragic! And no, the tightened-down nuts hold the pots in.

Even the early Algal Blooms with scrappy insides--much cleaner than your work, I might mention--are also covered by my lifetime warranty. You don't even offer a warranty on the pedals you build. didn't build.

I dont understand why dude was not up front about it from the beginning. Penny pedals did it with the DS-1 Kelley does it Im sure their are other builders that change a few components in an effect and sell them. He prob could have made more $ not having to repaint the pedal and change the knobs just slap a sticker on it and none of this would have gone down.
