Reverb is still perpetrating the same nonsense I originally complained about in this thread in spite of contact with their tech support department, who seemed to at least acknowledge, but clearly not understand or have any motivation to correct the problem. Their level of accountability leaves much to be desired.

I don't get the issue at hand. Any potential buyer has the option to add the Ableton thing, but nothing is pulled over their heads. If Reverb wants to make an extra buck, then let them, it's their site. Also capitalism.

For what it's worth, ck3, I'm convinced that Reverb are using bots for customer support. That's why they don't understand.

I wouldn't care as much if their bundle didn't continue to prevent me from creating one of my own choosing.
