more things change the more they stay the same, or in our species our instant accomplishments as a whole mean shit, sad to say but no matter if your living in the mountains far from town or living like ted Kaczynski, its gonna take decades until you can stop with your personal attitude/inward self outlook towards life as we are all apart of this evolving new age being able to say and do anything in the name of self worth, and until we start to truly be on the outside looking in and hope for a afterlife far from the realm of earth...we really wont care.

I'm so glad this fucking year is over.

I can safely say that it's been one of the worst years of my life: I started it hopeful, graduating from my postgraduate studies with the person I thought I was going to spend the rest of my life with, living a warm life. Now I'm alone, watching said girl get engaged to the person she cheated me with, seeing about a quarter of my family die in the span of two months for unrelated reasons, having the sell all of my gear to move only to find that where I arrived essentially invalidated all of my studies (to the point where removing the doctorate increased the amount of interviews I got). I don't know, it's been tough.

But the fuzz has been gnarly and the loud, and things are bound to turn around with hard work and a little luck.

About to go out and watch some friends' bands jam. Have a sweet and precious new year everyone!

i've got nothing left. i'm not ready for another year.
