if anyone sees a point in this progression where i should have something different happening, please point it out!

tell them the implant worked
do as he says / delay (don't think choice matters)
you'd better tell the guards / don't tell them (don't think it matters)
this is referring to you informing Pearsson, yes? If so
it should make a difference. Deffo try telling the PWG-guards about that
you want to be on their side!!
it doesn't make a difference. they already know about them and have already killed them.

That is the difference!
No telling -> no killing -> Regina -> DEAD
Telling -> killing -> PWG ->
??? -> PROFIT

Oh BOy! Well with the fast-mode engaged, you should be progressing swiftly enough...
Also:
I started a second run for shits and giggles and am beginning to suspect that, at least for the first couple of chapters, there's no real forks.
more like loops around the main storyline.... but who knows...
has anyone killed that mutated nurse before?

I haven't seen the nurse yet. I did get stuck trying to get the headache medicine early on...I never could get out of the nurses station without getting killed. I gave up and went down the dark hall. Still not sure if there's anything to the nurse area or if it's really a dead end.

I found three ways to get through the dog barricade, kill the dog with the pipe, kill the dog by pulling out the wires, or you can disconnect the batteries. It's a little easier if you don't push through initially. Go back to the intersection after he first freaks out about the noise, and you can go back through with a much lower heart rate.

The battery scenario was the first one I found, I found it because I was super hesitant about killing the dog. You take the pipe, tell him to yank the wires, tell him to find another way, and then you find the batteries. Before the last run I found the meds, both halves of the nurse, two sets of keys, a flash drive, ran into the burn team twice, and I ran into the Rat King twice. I tried every option I could to get past the baracade.

Question:
flash drive? not sure I remember that...? was it in the doctor'S file on wynn? or I never found a flash drive...
did any of you get a working code for the elevator?

re: elevator, only by cheating and looking it up online. doesn't matter, up or down in there is death.
