In some demos, yeah. Which i why I only want the verb side, I'm good on fuzz.

From the demo I saw, I think that reverse might be better than the Polara and the fuzz was fine but I'm good with dirt. But yes, I didn't think the combo sounded particularly good.

well the pedal has sold out, so it looks like most of us wont have to bother with it's crumminess!

The site claimed "limited to 50" yet put up another 20 after that ("we found 20 more cases!"). Then another batch after right those sold out. Good on Keeley, I guess.

Based on the language of their newsletter, they opened with a batch of 50, then built up some bonus units.

It appears to be an ongoing production model, with a modest release to kick it off. Lots of manufacturers introduce new pedals in very limited quantities, before ramping up production.

Is the fuzz just some muff clone? I actually really love the way it sounds in flat eq mode.

The Keeley product description says very little about it except for "Muffdive".

So, where's Keeley to answer all of our questions?

Anyway my 'loomer' arrived today and I can only say it's a disappointment

This is the second My-Bloody Valentine-esque pedal I've bought this year, and I feel like a smack addict who just bought a dimebag of baking soda!!

I wasted a good $250AUS on that useless piece of crap the Noisemaker 'loveless', it should be called 'useless'. Noisy fuzz and crap weak slapback/slight reverb, when you blend them together you just get a noisy fuzz pedal...I was lucky to hock that one at a loss...

SO I thought this Keeley would be a 'world class quality' pedal, hand-made in USA, blbla..wow! If this is modern American 'manufacturing' I hope Trump wins tomorrow to improve it Wow! It seems to have the exact same fuzz as the 'DarkSide' - which is OK, but the oscillation is not much... THe Hall Reverb is OK, the 'focus' just makes you sound like Killing Joke but not as pronounced. The big disappointment is the 'reverse reverb' ie the Kevin Shields Rohypnol sound.... I am fortunate to have inherited a real SPX-90, one of the things that appealed to me about the 'loomer' pedal was that I thought it would replace me having to shlep that thing to gigs. Well I got gypped! Can I get a refund?

The 'reverse reverb' on this is nowhere near as intense or pronounced as the SPX-90. When I feed my Thorpy fallout cloud Triangle-with-benefits pedal into it, I GET KEVIN SHIELDS GLIDER SOUND. When I switch on the Keeley 'reverse reverb' I get some fricken YouTube pedal session-muso on the 'free shit program' doing Led Zep and Smashing Pumpkins rifs trying to do 'indie stuff' $%%$^%$&%^*&%^*^%*&%$&%$^$#%#$%#$@%#$@@#$#@$%$#@$%#$%^#$%#@$@#$#$@#$@#

I'm sick of this. $450 down the toilet! PFFFTTT!! !
