I'm partial to mustard, myself.
Proper mustard though, not this bright yellow sugary abomination people sometimes call mustard.

Love stone ground mustard on fries. That and mayo. Malt vinegar is pretty good too, and I love pepper sauces (like sriracha, serrano, etc) on them. I can go through a whole bottle in one sitting.


Ketchup on fries? Too much sugar. Yuck.

That said, I made myself an avocado sandwich for lunch and mixed a little mayo with Frank's Red Hot and sriracha for it, and DAMN that was delicious. I think that's how I like mayo the most: as a glue for other sauces.
