If I put cream and sugar in my coffee on the regular in the quantities I consume, I'd look like Jabba the Hutt.

Well done on this thread folks.
Insert slow clapping meme here.
Well done!!

It's 6am here. Well, twenty past. In 15 minutes I'll go make some pour over coffee. It shall be as black as the breath of Satan.
Then you know, feed the imps, clean the kitchen ect. Then I'll make some more coffee. I'll try that bulletproof coffee and report back.

What can I say? I'm just that kind of extinct predatory reptile.

Did someone talk about bulletproof coffee on here? Oh God. Not that hyped bs. Sigh. :( LOL

Fer real that shit is so fucking gross and stupid. MCT oil or butter in your coffee is just disgusting and there's literally no point. There's no substantiated evidence that it does anything. Fats are fats when it comes to oils. MCT oils are the latest and greatest fad. It's fucking coconut oil. LOL. FUCK Keto diets and bulletproof coffee.

Sorry, it pisses me off a lot more than it should but being in the fitness industries, fads tend to irk me.

Hype or not, it tastes very good. If you don't like it doesn't mean it is shit. Worked very very well for me as a concentration booster, better than any other coffee. Don't know that other about diet and stuff.

coconut oil is hellza good in avocado smoothies? just a touch though.

my grrL super wanted an iced coffee as we were going to bed last night, through 4 shots of espresso over 3 or 4 Companion Cube ice squares, a bit of Stevia and a splash of Southern Butter Pecan creamer later, good timeeeeeeees.

..... although Stevia is kind of gross.

When I read about what bullet coffee was I couldn't do it to myself.

Bad enough putting those quantities of fat into coffee (hello, mouthfeel) but the magical claims as to its benefits totally turned me off.

So I made more pour over.

I recommend doing molten shots of coconut oil and then chasing 'em with iced coffee. :idk: I think. :?: Put that in your mouth and feel it. :D

Well, Stevia is really sweet. It justs tastes weird.

I don't get wanting to drink greasy coffee.

It's like maybe dropping an omelette in your coffee cup and then stirring it with a bacon swizzle stick.

(I know that appeals to some, not me.)
