I think DE is better known than DC. Devi Ever is a strong brand with people who don't care about forums and drama. "Cheap, great fuzzies with cool design". I'm way more into DC, but I think keeping the DE name was a smart business move.

Anyways, Devi is being a dick. If she misses making pedals she can do it as a hobby.Will not support.

Seriously, though, condolences to Mr. and Mrs. Aen Dwarfcraftlington. This is extra stress nobody needs. I'm sure it'll end as quickly as it began, though.

As for brand strength. Having Boris, Eagle Twin and Russian Circles endorse your product trumps any association you might have with this guy any day of the millenium.
