Bleach rules.
The Melvins set that "scene". Then got 86'd for not being pretty enough...I'm gonna say primarily due to singles...and Chris Cornell not wearing a shirt from about 1986-95.

Judgement Night had Pearl Jam, Mudhoney, Sonic Youth, Dinosaur Jr., and Teenage Fanclub so Grunge was represented...
The Grunge Flannel thing came from the PNW lesbian scene of the late 80's so check yo facts... Also Bleach is just one hell of a killer rock album...
