Ditto on Spawn, hopefully in the vein of the HBO animated series which was very faithful to the comic.

Transmet needs a series. Maybe a Planetary movie? Two recent ongoings, but again more TV series: Saga and Revival....

I gave my Transmet tpbs to my sister (who introduced me to the book) to keep safe until my oldest kid was old enough to read them. He's 11 now. The suspense is KILLING me.

There was talks of Patrick Stewart and Robin Williams to do Transmet...I don't think that would have went well. Personally, I think Transmet should just stay as it is...I don't know if it will work in a movie enviroment. I bought the first issue when it first came out on Helix (1997! Geez!). That was such a great comic. Planetary was awesome too.

Rated R movie...Take Battle Angel Alita away from James Cameron...focus on the part with Kaos and the Rebellion and get rid of the singing. Or the maggot man in the sewer.

Lady Death and Shi as a latenight Cinemax series?

Y the Last Man might go over well in film (probably better than comic).

I agree, Saga would probably make an alright TV show.

Madman is a movie that could be a blast, but not rated R (and I think it should stay a comic).

Maybe that new X-Force that turned into X-Statix (though I doubt it would be rated R...would love to see Dead Girl and Dr. Strange in movie form).

Finder as a TV series?

Fear Agent would be an awesome show.

Oh, that new Prophet could make an awesome movie or even better a TV show.

King City!

Crazy idea, but stay with me here. BONE.

You know how they made Where the Wild Things Are all moody and atmospheric for live action? Underneath the happy, colourful cartoon style of Bone is a pretty heavy story, and I think highlighting the tragedy, while keeping a thin veil of childish aesthetic as juxtaposition would be gold for film. Like no music during the war scenes. At all. Just steel and screaming. No CG.

I don't care what it is as long as Grant Morrison gets a cameo wherein he dies violently.
