That Melusine II with this would get what you desire. That'd be really expensive to get that sound.

ye i felt like it was a pitch pirate with more knobs. my dlx pitch pirate seems to pull more sounds. ill have to listen to this more. the lack of delay is disturbing.

The melusine ii does pitch vibrato/warping in addition to introducing noise and crackle. Piotr could probably tweak the pitch bending it if it wasn't extreme enough. Dunno for sure but I think so.

But I'm really starting thing this is a different beast all together. When I was just thinking vinyl fuckerupperer I didn't see the point - melusine and pitch pirate have you covered. But the digital control of this thing is on Empress levels of awesomeness. And that fact that any and all parameters can be modulated...

And to be honest I started to like it more when the builder came in here, swore a whole lot and put his cards on the table. Erased any niggling TGP praise and worship worries I had from the "ooey gooey analog" ad copy.

Think of the possibilities...

a name like Chase Bliss needs to have a number at the end - Chase Bliss III

its a cute looking little pedal, really nice compact design.
i'm deliberately not looking at it too closely so that i'm not tempted to even think about buying it ... those 2 fore/aft waveform switches are a great idea

I'd like to see a picture of the guts. I like pedal gore.
I got one up on my instagram www.instagram.com/chaseblissaudio - sorry if give the full link but I'm on my phone and I don't know how to do it.

The lid has a milled out rectangle on it so that you don't have to open it up to access the dip switches

When do you think you will have demos of the other uses for this pedal besides the warped vinyl effect?

Can I ask, what is the maximum pitch change it does?
And hopefully the price could come down on the next (bigger) run...?
:thumb: :!!!:
The maximum pitch is disgusting. It is also dependent on where you have the rpm (vibrato rate) set though. Just like a real record, if you are spinning it faster it would theoretically cause a bigger pitch change... Same thing with a bucket-brigade.

I'll take a measurement when I get to my shop on Friday. It sounds like I really need to make some more demos. I got "just nick" on board to do one so I'm really looking forward to that.

I really can't imagine bringing down the price. Unfortunately, I've looked at it every which way. Well, unless I manufactured overseas... But that isn't going to happen for many reasons.

ASAP, I'll get something myself together for sure next week. But I also recently made arrangements with guys I've been talking to on TGP who are gonna make some demos for me too.

Thanks. Will you be posting them here or do we need to seek them out on your site?

Wooooo!

What's the max mod rate? Can it get into faux ring mod territory?
I'm actually struggling with this. I can easily change the code to make it faster. I think I'm going to make a little modification so that it sits a little in that faux ring mod territory.

My YouTube channel but I'll post one here if it seems relevant and people are still hanging out. I'm new to forums so still sorting the etiquette and what is good and bad form when it comes to posts from manufacturers.

How whacked-out can the warped vinyl get?

If it can get as weird as the seppuku kassette, I'm sold!
