If Dexter continues the way it has, I won't care about being Overseas during the final 3 Episodes. They're good, I just don't really care about anything that going on.

My biggest problem with the Seasons is simply that each 'Big Bad' has to be more fucked up than the previous one. But noone has any real connection to Travis Marshall or Brain Surgeon. Nothing really gets more fucked up than dismembering body parts and leaving them gift wrapped under a Christmas Tree - there actually is a context for that. A regular jack-off 'Mentally Disturbed' sick fuck scooping out Brain chunks isn't the same. It's like how people think that Deadspace is scary when it consists entirely of jump scares and body parts spewed on hallways with bad lighting. There's not really any substance to it, atleast with Trinity or Brian we know where he's come from and what he's doing - and with Miguel we see an ordinary man pushed to his edge.

I guess that i'm a killjoy... I just wish that Masuka's subplot wasn't more interesting than Deb.

What's wrong with season 3? The only season that got on my nerves was 6. The ending of that after the near miss ending of 5 just made it that much worse.
