So this. I tried cutting down to 2 amps and cabs for a couple shows. not right.

We all need larger rigs

Aaron and the dudes in Red Cloud showed up in a fucking badass ride. A van that was converted to a camper/tourbus thingy. I think they said it was from around 1980. Need some shots of that in here!

Pic was rad. that dude was fucking winning at whatever his deal was. :thumb:

71 superbug. Oh the unreliability.
Funny you say that. I owned a 71 superbug. Got 10 years of faithful service from it. Only ever had a few electrical components fail. Starter motor, generator, voltage regulator and they fuck up on most cars anyway. Mechanically no problems at all. And they go just about anywhere. I used to have 4wd owners ask me all the time "how the fuck did you get here"?

Yeah, they are super maneuverable like that.
I will stipulate that I was a student when I owned and it probably wasn't in the best shape when I got it.
Some knob-rider had replaced the 1600 carb with a 1300 and the poor girl just starved for fuel.
One of the many things I had not the money to fix.

I still had great fun in it though.

Nice Kombi, Mike!

Let's see the insides of these mobile rape command units.

Why do you think vinyl was so big in the 70s?

Although the shagpile would get pretty rank, I imagine.

I was thinking serial killer command units. Or is that only if they have high roofs. More clearance for swinging an axe inside.

For shame guys. All these great vans and not one wizard or dragon painted on them!

I'm seriously considering it. the A-team paint job is not my favorite thing in the world.

I'm really lucky. The bass player in the second band I'm in is a mechanic and he just hooked me up with the last few things that made driving that thing a challenge. :thumb:

That is potentially the most awesome thing I have ever seen.
