New york sucks ass. I mean.....theres a ton of shit to do and shit.....but it seems like the only people i know that survive there are bankrolled by their parents or went to harvard. I have a decent time when im there but every time i go anywhere and anyone hears im not from ny they give me the same speech about how i need to move there and living there really changes your outlook and all this fucking bullshit. I have alot of friends in new york but im choosing denton because it doesnt seem like denton is up its own ass, the people that have tried to convince me to move to denton seem 100% like theyre trying to get me to move so we can hang and eat tacos. I want to hang and eat tacos and not constantly be getting my ass kicked by cops or worry if the crackwhore i just passed outside the miami subs is the one thats actually going to stab me. The area i live in is violent as fuck and im getting tired of it.

I recently drove through Texas. I was going a lot faster out than in.

Driving through Texas isn't really that great. The giant wind farms are kinda cool but that's about it. Lots of highway patrol and speed traps too
