Yeah, I'm with D.o.S. on that, don't really dig a lot of the newer stuff coming out. Some of it is good, but not generally as good as the older stuff.

I love techno, and minimal techno especially. Techno with sparse arrangements, deep bass, and a heavy dub influences make me melt. I love to get hammered and snowboard while listening to this shit.
IDK, a lot of that stuff just doesn't move me. I do like a lot of early Jungle (or drum 'n' bass, or whatever you wanna call it). Dub influenced music is really difficult to pull off successfully. I do especially like stuff like this (which isn't really very Dub influenced, but somehow reminds me of Dub):

That Meat Beat Manifesto track is really nice though. Hadn't heard that before. Kinda reminds me a little of Roots Manuva.
Meat Beat Manifesto are classic though.

I love MBM! I have Roots Manuva's Awfully Deep album, great stuff MBM's catalog is kind of massive. My favorites are In Dub, Subliminal Sandwich, and Actual Sounds and Voices. I actually found out about the In Dub album from a Trent Reznor interview. They asked him what recent albums made him wish he actually made them. The whole album is amazing. Its a dub remix of the R U OK album.
