That Elton John kinda dude from Fist of the North Star. He led a post-apocalyptic cult that dressed like the space-KKK.
There are so many good flavor-of-the-day badguys in that series though. It's the best. You get a villain's entire life story in the five minutes that they're on the screen, then Ken literally punches their spine out of their body. Or makes their head explode. Or makes them walk off of a cliff. Or hits a pressure point that causes their fingers to bend backwards. Ugh, so good.

People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey... stuff.
