This one guy came up to me at a show with a gallon of milk and asked me if I wanted some, I didn't want any, but he tried to convince me for about 5 minutes that I did.

It was definitely semen.
And I'm still stuck on the story of the chick rubbing one out during a doom set. Wild, man.

Awesome thread.
A couple of summers back my band played a music festival that was an all-weekend, multiple-venues throughout the city sort of thing. While dropping off our gear at the venue, I locked my and my other guitar player's pedalboards up since we were going to be at the main stage for the better part of the day. The festival was partially sponsored by Red Bull and we had spent all day drinking free vodka Red Bulls in the main festival ground's outdoor "backstage". We took a couple of photos of us being dicks with Jackson Browne in the background (bringing it back around for dubkitty!). Later in the afternoon our group of friends decided it'd be fun to buy a bunch of whiskey and mezcal and go back to drink backstage at the venue we were playing.
We had a ton of time to kill that day and the drinking got out of hand pretty quick. All of the sudden it was time for us to set up. I could usually play solidly even while pretty toasty, so I wasn't worried. I set up my amp, synth, and guitar and go to grab my pedalboard and OH FUCK I LEFT MY KEYS AT THE HOTEL ROOM. My guitar player's pedalboard is, of course, also locked. He easily breaks his lock to get in, but mine is doing its job super well. So in my drunkenness I panic and run my board upstairs to try and pry it open with a screwdriver. No luck. I need my board because my band relies on some specific effects of mine for the majority of the set we were playing. I freak out. I lose my cool drunk-style and punch a wall, breaking one of my knuckles. Luckily that won't hurt until the next morning. I have no choice but to play completely and utterly CLEAN since my amp was good for nothing but that. Ugh.
So we go on 15 minutes late and somehow put together a pretty coherent and rocking set despite my super clean and un-modulated tones. Jane Wiedlin from the Go-Gos (who is a friend of a friend and who we had no idea was going to be there) joined us spontaneously for our cover of "We Got the Beat". She hates that song, BTW.
So the moral of the story is... Mezcal is delicious.

Saw a show a couple of months back at a club in the springs. It was Tomorrows Bad Seeds and Fortunate Youth (I think). Before the show, my friend Gerry and I decide to get a little drunk on the drive up there (someone else was driving, so we were the designated drinkers). A twelve pack, two bowls and a handle of whiskey later, we get to the show. I choose a nice spot right in front cause I like being right in front of the stage. There happens to be a small area up there that looks big enough for my drunk ass to plop, so I spend the next three hours listening to reggae, swaying to the beat, smoking a few more joints, and apparently drinking handfuls of drinks that the other concert members keep handing me. Security came over to tell people to not sit on the stage, but he saw me and said your fine, you haven't moved.
I don't remember how I got home that night.

In fall 2010, my friends Daikaiju were invited to open for Brent Hinds of Mastodon's two side projects for a 2-week tour. I was a HUUUUGE fan of Mastodon (up until that last album...euughh), so this was pretty cool, especially since Fiend Without a Face was a surfabilly band.
So, the night went down like this:
The bar was pretty empty. By pretty empty, I mean a total of 10-15 people at most.
Daikaiju appropriately ripped my face off, THENNN...
West End Motel (one of Brent's side projects) takes the stage, play a song, and a guy my friend Roger brought to the show yelled "SLAYER" while they were tuning. Brent said something, my friend Roger (NOT the guy who yelled Slayer) says "shut the fuck up" to his friend, and punches him in the shoulder. Brent takes off his guitar, runs off stage and starts trying to pick a fight with Roger. He looks like he has a grin on his face, so Roger, thinking he's joking, stands up and goes up to him. Security swarms Roger, yells at him to sit down, relax, calm down. Roger, calm as a cucumber, tries telling them he thought Brent was joking. Brent proceeds to stare at him throughout West End Motel's set, mouthing "fuck you motherfucker" and what have you. Security sees this and tells Roger he has to leave. Due to him carpooling with two other friends of mine, all three had to leave. One of which was very much interested in seeing Fiend Without A Face, being a Mastodon fan.
Brent proceeds to eyeball me throughout the rest of their set. He then comes up to me and starts harassing me asking where my friend (Roger) went. I say he was thrown out. He asks where he is. I say he probably went home. He starts to get in my face, demanding me to find out and tell him where he is. I say I'll call and find out where he is to get him to bugger off. It turns out they went to a bar down the street. The West End Motel guys apologized gratuitously for Roger getting thrown out and for Brent subsequently trying to pick a fight with me.
Fiend Without a Face goes on, they play for about 25 minutes or so before things start falling apart. Songs kept starting, then Brent would just stop after about a minute of the intro. Then start again. Then stop again. Then he just started rambling to the people in the front. Then they start a song, and he lays down on the floor to finish playing it. Then he just lays there and stops playing. The other guys stand around for a couple of minutes before walking off.
I heard about all of these "Brent starting a fight" stories, but as a fan you never really expect to be on the business end of one of your favorite guitarists throwing a temper tantrum. One would think after busting your ass for how many years and doing how many tours across the globe would be enough to be able to get past this immature crap.

I know the Bass Player from Against Me! (Andrew) a bit, not best friends or anything. They toured with Mastodon, All of his Brent Hinds stories are crazy. If Brent doesn't change, he is going to die sooner than later, unless he is strong like Lemmy.
There is a picture of Brent with his arm around Andrew's mom, and his hand upon her breast, she is a 65 year old woman...pretty funny pic though.

SPACERITUAL has some pretty dece stories about meeting Brent Hinds. Then again, his life goal is to meet every member of Mastodon to tell them that their band sucks.
