yeah, i've done the undercover thing, but eventually they find out. and i've had over a half century to observe...even though i believe that a lot of my craziness is a reasonable response to the conditions i've lived under, there's still a serrated edge of depressive bitterness that occasionally erupts in bursts of verbal aggression that terrify anyone in range. seriously, it's like the Downfall clip. ever since i was small, i've run at such a level of intensity that i can't control myself...i'm like a 120V amp Variac-ed to 150V. i'm AFRAID to truly focus my energies because if i did i'd burn through steel like the X-Men, and i wouldn't be able to handle it. they call my diagnosis "borderline personality disorder," but on brainscans it's very similar to epilepsy. your shit just blows a fuse. my crasy friend says i should go on disability, but that would be surrendering.

but living up here in bumfuck nowhere for a decade with an abusive spouse certainly didn't help. i'm actually much better now than i was six months ago.

but it's been ok. can't really complain.

hmm. about those outbursts, try to observe yourself and when you see one coming, try to use that energy outburst in another way or form.
