Did I mention I am 75% certain that I sleep walk from time to time? Even occasionally been known to dream something, then not realize it didn't happen till weeks later.

Dude, I am a terrible sleep walker, I have actually injured myself a few times leaping out of bed or wandering into stuff.

I;ve had a recurring dream for the past month or so that occurs 3 or 4 times every week.

I'm in like this ski lodge or whatever with all these random people, who then turn into people I know, and then they all kill each other with axes and shit, I run away but nobody kills me they just keep going after each other, I usually wake up going down stairs with someone chasing me and I hit my head on the stairs right before I get killed, I wake up. Sweating like crazy and occasionally crying.

Its the only dream I remember

Oh, I used to talk asleep. Creepy and scary stuff, too, according to my ex. I think quitting the cigarettes helped that, too. At least my wife hasn't complaint about grim nightly monologues. Or perhaps the sleeping me is too busy trying to find the ciggies.

ILF's universal solution for all sleeping/dreaming problems seems to be quitting smoking

never smoked. have never touched weed, smoked like 5 drags of bad cigars throughout my entire life. I don't drink that much (hardly ever) so I have no idea what is causing it

oh, ok... well... i don't know, hope it'll go away

I smoked cigs for about 5 years, but don't recall it effecting my dreams. I am at a point where its hard to sleep without weed, however.

It doesn't necessarily effect the quality sleeping for all, but it's proven to do so for most that smoke regularly and who have the tendency. Smoking makes the breathing more unstable for heavy smokers which can cause sleeping disorders, like - at its mildest - snoring.

ps: not even one of those good ones like G-system... it was some huge shit made in 80'

had a dream about visiting the doctor about the allergy medication. I was trying not to have a sneezing fit and trying to breath steadily so I wouldn't wake up my daughter and wife (reality mixed in the dream).

The good doctor was no one else than late Ian McKellen as Gandalf from the Lord Of The Rings. He was sympathetic to my worries and told me right away, freaking me out pretty badly, that he, too, had died because of a lung failure, very sorry to have to tell You it's rather painful so I had to be strong. But I haven't even smoked, I ranted, for years now and all I know I should be doing fine except for the allergies - and keep will You please keep silent so my wife and daughter wouldn't hear. I could ask for a second opinion, he said, but since he was a specialist that wouldn't probably help, after all, he was Gandalf the Grey. Fuck this, I said, I would have my lungs checked once again - I was in terrific shape and was proud of it - and get out of here...

And I woke up. Sneezed, coughed and spat and was off to breakfast and to search my prescription. But no way having anymore the chronic bronchitis that would lead to a lung failure. Oh, and mcKellen? He neither has died, to my best knowledge.

Night before last,I had quite the weird one. I woke up(in the dream) and saw myself sleeping,had a full-blown convo with my gal,and my speech was unintelligible and completely forced. She played a tape of all my sleepytime mutterings,causing my dog to bark. As I got up to quiet the dog,I was one leg off the bed when I did the classic "fall" bit. Though I fell,I stopped. I was left hovering just over the floor in our bedroom. After that,I pretty much woke up for a few,and dug the trippy-ness of the dream. Then I went back to sleep. Also,I fall asleep for a few,and jerk/jolt,then wake up. Not sure what this is due to. Maybe I'll look it up later

Those dreams sound intense, Bassus and Bloo.

I remember from my dream last night...I was suddenly in my shower, playing my bass. It was almost as if I had been playing a show, or practicing, then gotten transported to my shower. Was rocking the hell out too, facing away from the shower head. Only thought I recall having while playing was, "well I'll have to change my strings when I'm done. These are all womping sounding."

I wish I would have thought to post this earlier when I remembered this dream better, but...

In my dream my friend was showing me a video on YouTube where some big black dude (forgot his name) was gonna beat up Chris Brown. They were at a resturant in Mexico, apparently in the back or something because it was just a big cliff basically with lots of big boulders and stuff... Anyways the big black guy sees Chris and he says "I'M BOUT TO PUT THE ULTIMATE THUMP ON YO DECORATION". I don't really know what that means, but apparently I do since it was in my dream.. So anyways Chris Brown gets all scared and starts running away except they're on that cliff so he's like trying to climb down all the boulders and stuff. And for some reason everything looked normal except Chris Brown looked all high contrast like a comic book drawing but he was just lime green and black.

I just remembered I took some sleeping pillslast night so that probly explains the crazy shit I was dreaming about.
