Have to agree with that, I'm an atheist and my parents are atheists and they weren't thinking about religion at all when they prettied up my cock as a baby.
I know some people would like to completely seperate religion and social culture but that's simply not the case. The vast majority of children in the US are circumcised and I woud argue most of them have very little to do with religion.
