ILF taught me:
1. down tuning is okay
2. there is a whole world of small builders that make awesome pedals I will sell organs for
3. feedback = fun
4. often pedals with no use in a band format are the best
5. how to love again
6. the secrets of the universe
7. I dont like the state of vermont
8. CAPS LOCK MAKES YOU COOL
9. it's okay to have a purple guitar
10. YOUR FAMOUS

Can I run on a platform of high fiving?
ILF has also taught me that cool people do indeed exist on the interwebs, and they will trade you stuff for your crap. My entire pedalboard has fundamentally changed so many times since I got here.

Hopefully not too much here...
A lot of you have reassured me not all Americans are jerks.
Seriously though. You guys are all cool. I don't ACTUALLY think all American's are jerks.
But you've got your fair share. And they seem to know how to use the internet. :/
Please don't get mad at me.

I get tired of that viewpoint....and when people accept that its wrong, its usually in an annoyingly patronizing fashion....as if although weve redeemed ourselves were still american...kindof like being black and going to college. "Oh good for you! Being the first one in your family to do something is important! So are you on the football team?" Trust me...ive been to europe...ive been to england...ive been to candada...ive been to asia...percentage-wise there are just as many narrowminded unhappy and xenophobic people living there as there are in the good old usa. Man i wasnt even in country to vote either time bush was elected but anytime i travel thats all i hear about...bush...god DAMN that man.

I have learned that i have finally found an internet community full of openminded people who like loud music and fully embrace discussions about taking a shit or of putting your dick or vagina into things that most people view as incorrect. and trannies make some bitchin pedals...even though they stop posting here I STILL LOVE YOU DEVI. LETS FUCK.

Oppening doors for others will always open up doors for you, diversity should be valued for it does not exist everywhere, as in Canada (looks over at Smileman and shakes head sadly).
