ebay product description wrote:As required by all Canadians, I have a few Traynor amps but have been given permission by Her Majesty to sell this fine TS-50B Bass Head. If you are searching for one I really don't need to give the spiel but here it is anyhow:

It is very simple 50 watt into 8 ohm amplifier that has a pretty unique tone for an old solid state amp. It has normal and low gain instrument inputs with a boost switch that gives a but of gritty overdrive (footswitchable as well). There is a very basic passive tone section of the standard mid, treble and bass finishing at the right with a master volume. On the rear there are two 1/4" speaker outputs, a preamp line out and an input for a footswitch.

As a bass amp its not terribly loud on its own but is fine for recording and works quite nicely with guitar as well. What a lot of people do is use the line out into a decent power amplifier to take advantage of the preamp tone and get some real volume a la Bob Weston. It gives a nice distorted tone that maintains rather solid low frequency response when cranked up. Overall, a very basic utilitarian amp that does one job well. The thing works, the pots are pretty clean and not too scratchy, and you may gain some street credibility with folks who are into this sort of thing. If it does happen to break down the circuitry is so simple a guy from Nickleback could probably fix it. Sorry about them by the way. Should you win or buy the amp I will accurately calculate shipping and let you know.

wait, link? I could use two.

IAMILFFAMOUS is like 3000 I think. I didn't realize when mine became that so I'm not sure.

My index finger sounds like I'm using a pick no matter how short I cut/file the nail. Every other finger sounds...like...finger style.
It drives me nuts. Like that pirate joke.

maybe it's your technique. did you try playing softer? or are you just nitpicking?
I actually use the difference in sound with my fingers in playing sometimes.
