GAS'ing hard for a new fuzz, but can't decide what I want. My Swollen Pickle seems to cover Big Muff-esque fuzz so I'm looking for something different.

I was thinking it'd be a bit redundant to have one..but because of how FUCKING good it is in a feedback looper, i may have to commit to keeping one, surprise surprise.

The swollen pickle IS a big muff, isn't it? I guess that on the opposite side of the spectrum you'd find the classic nose bleed fuzzes like the Fuzz Master. The Super Fuzz is also an excellent bugger and famed for sexy stackage with Big Muffs. Classic combo.

I'd equate it to a more tweakable muff clone, but I don't know if the design of it was specifically inspired by the Muff beyond the name.
As far as the Super Fuzz, I'm not big on octave-up fuzzes, honestly.

It's just the first thing that comes to mind when someone asks for a second fuzz to go along with their Muff.
