That CL price ain't bad at all. There's been some beat to hell PDS showing up on my local CL that the guy wants $100 for, even with acknowledgment that it needs repairs. Fuck, Prymaxe is trying to get $250 for a 20/20. If you don't like it, I'm sure BST will.

I wish more pedal companies would release inexpensive kit versions of their pedals. I love building pedal kits. Part of it is thrift but the main reason for me is that building pedal kits is the best hobby for insomnia. Mmmm would really love a Mid-Fi Demo Tape Fuzz kit. Hint hint ;)

Can't go wrong with the Digidelay! Solid little pedal!

I ordered the DigiDelay first at this price, then snagged the Hardwire DL-8 for $60 and got it shipped over a month earlier. When I finally got the DigiDelay I expected to be a bit disappointed but wasn't. In some ways the Hardwire is better, but the DigiDelay does some things different enough that I'm keeping both. The DigiDelay actually has a bit warmer of a sheen, does sample & hold with repeats maxed on more modes, and has a less subtle but still very useable modulation delay mode--they do not sound like the same algorithm from the same manufacturer.

So my delay hoarding problem grows. But very easy to rationalize at this price.

Sweetwater has preorders for the new Moog Minifooger chorus and flange pedals up for $139 each. MSRP is supposed to be $209 each, and Moog usually doesn't build substantial dealer discounts into their pricing. If you want either of these, this could be an excellent moment to jump on it, assuming Sweetwater honors the pricing mistake.

UPDATE: read elsewhere that these are expected to street for $189 each. Still a good deal.

Those practically play themselves! Got to try one a few years back and have kicked myself for not getting it ever since.

Ah, that was identical to my first bass back in high school! The jack was bad or something and my mom took it to the local music store and traded it for the worst cruise p-bass clone. I was just starting freshman year and there was no thought of fixing it. Dang man.

I think she got it at a pawn shop for like 80 dollars.

From Baltimore CL, Fender Dual Professional 2x12 combo for $1100 OBO. This is a Bruce Zinky era Custom Shop amp wired by hand. It's like a higher powered version of the VibroKing, with more of a Twin vibe on tap, while doing the cool VK stuff like the three-knob outboard-style reverb built in before the preamp and bias tremolo. Oh, foot switchable volume controls each with their own "Fat" switch, too. I've wanted one of these things since they came out, and there can't be that many out there. I imagine it'd be a tremendous pedal amp, and it's cheaper than people are trying to gouge for master-volume silver face Twins lately.
