some people hate the super brite one, shit does blind u if u look at it str8. Big LEDs take up space so people are looking to conserve it at times and they go with 3mm instead of 5mm. i just sort of do whatever i want unless otherwise asked to do something different

this was nearly dead on. The LED might be consuming more current then the actual fuzz pedal

KEEP THIS GUY AROUND!!!!! :thumb: Yeah the Morley has no phase inversion or ground lifts, aka its a road to hum city. The voodoo labs is a great ABY but another one that everyone around here swears by is the BigShot ABY, its passive so it requires no power but at the same time it has no LEDs. Which seems to be the one downside, but if you run both amps all the time it really makes no difference.

*edit* Looks like Chris agrees with me on the bigshot hahaha

Haha! Yeah he's in the band now. Beyond stoked, great guitar player, great dude too!
I'm sure if I got the BigShot someone around here could put some LED's in! I hope.

LOVE QE, such great guys and great tunes. The fact that the guitar player plays live completely clean with no effects blows my mind.

Yeah at 18v they're just a lil blinding.... just a lil ;) Not a bad thing though, its saved my ass a couple times on a super dark stage.

Nice!!!! :yay:

Well it's a passive pedal it would have to be completely rebuilt almost to put LEDs in there.

I remember talking to you guys about that, I've played a couple shows with them around here while AA was still together.

Hey duder's, I'm looking to get a phaser to finish off my PT. JR I have a relatively large space and was wondering what would you guys recommend, Moog Phaser, sibling, or whet stone. I don't see any used sibling phasers so lets assume that they sit at their MSRP 195. I can usually find the moog phaser used for 200ish and same goes for the whetstone.

Me and phasers don't get along so I'm of no use my friend.

Whetstone! it's awesome. You can get like a 2-6 second full phase loop going on, its nuts how slow it can go and how fast it can as well

A quick clip of the Cthulu pretty much cranked up full, into a Moog 104FM into a DA120

I've always liked phasers, and I have an available space for one larger one. I would usually forgo mods but the way that is a great deal of space makes me want to fill it.

The moog one interests me because of the way I can connect an expression pedal, the whet stone because of the amount of sounds, and lastly the sibling because I could possibly fit some noise maker around it with the extra space I save. I'm gonna need to try them all out I guess.
