So the guy that bought my yamaha egv on reverb for like $200 less than a month ago has it on eBay for $425. Copy and pasted my description and everything. http://m.ebay.com/itm/161502790873?nav=SEARCH

That's what guitar shops do. Buy low, sell high.
A while back I bought a guitar from an online vintage dealer and in the course of trying to find info on it, I found the original eBay listing.

Oh yeah I understand that, it just seems like in this case he bought kinda high to begin with and is selling stupid-high. It is just a chinese strat copy with a different body after all. But if he can get it more power to him.
Good. Saves me from having to buy it just because that's such a good price for it, even tho I can DIY a Standard Fuzz for less.

I think it's supposed to be a Standard Fuzz clone. Standard is essentially a Superfuzz but with a FET for the first transistor stage.

That's cool to know, my standard fuzz and superfuzz share many similarities but they are easily differentiated. I've always thought my BIg Spider was closer sounding to my superfuzz, with a heavier bottom end.
