I don't know whether you know the story of my amp, but it's been seriously, seriously fucked before. Took a very long time to fix, blah blah blah, and it's worrying when it throws a hissy because a lot of time and money went in to fixing it so I have to panic when it does, but ALSO my tech warned me not to cook the preamp too much when I got it back.

Either it's that, or something serious.

Just out of curiosity, CaptainBoxman, have you ever read The Box Man by Kōbō Abe?

I'm reading it now.

It rings no bells. It comes partially from an escapade at school and a Garry's mod cartoon.

It's pretty good. I've been getting into his writing lately. You should watch The Woman in the Dunes (one of his novels they made a movie out of) and if you like that and're interested, start reading with that one. I also liked The Ark Sakura a lot.

Small Stone is a great phaser. I just picked up a nano to replace my v3 Black Russian. For delay I use a CC, as well. I like it quite a bit. As Sam said, it simple and sounds great.

Whiskey, I'm actually looking to sell/trade my Black Russian Small Stone. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

On Advert.ie, there was an Orange OR15 head for sale for €10 less then they're being sold brand-new. Someone was expressing interest in the amp, so I thought I'd PM him to let him know in case he didn't know. Ttwo weeks later I get a PM and this is what it says:

Hey Dan,

Mind your own fucking business,

Cheers,
Mark.

Was I in the wrong? When I told this guy that I was only trying to help, he responds with this:

Fair enough Dan if you want to get into it. I was actually offering a bit of help to you. I offered that price and he excepted. The whole thing about a transaction is that its between the interested parties. I know what you are saying to me though ''why are you being so tight of twenty quid'' kinda thing. Its because why not? Who are you to say that I didn't know this fella and he owned me something or that i would drive up and pick the amp up off of him? That's why i told you to keep your nose out of it because you don't know what you are talking about. For all you know i'm Richard Branson. That's why it is important to look at the bigger picture when it comes to this sort of a thing which is if you don't know don't act. You sir of the piece of work and to insult me and then tell me i'm the ''Piece of work'' is just ill. Just to have you know i'm the nicest fella you could ever meet and my comment is so long because i'm hung over and my girlfriend is watching ''I Could Never Be Your Woman'' so I'm bored out of my shit pretending to do some work.

Why are people such fucking assholes? My Dad drove two and a half hours up to Donegal in the North of Ireland after I found him a car on DoneDeal.ie. The car looked in great condition, but when he got up there it had obviously been in an accident. He told me it was totally mangled. He didn't even greet the guy and just drove away. He did happen to find a different car on the way home and bought it, so he's happy, but still. The advert has since been removed.

Mos Generator too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F0onMxynR08 Tony just plugs straight in to that crazy Risson head.

I can't embed these or I would. I guess there's no Mico de Noche video from this night. At least not yet.

Wow sound quality is really good on those! I know how loud those guys are too. Any video from you guys?
