Maki seems like a cool dooder. i don't hang out in the yareas he posts in that much though. i'm pretty much only TB Efx now. clubs and silly shit abounds elsewhere.

Maki is the resident Sexy Asian Chick hound on TB. He's kinda TB celebrity status. He usually steers clear of TBFX since the GAS pains are too much for him to handle (I think he used to post in TBFX quite frequently).
He also likes to tell pimply emo-y teens who whine about not getting laid to man up and tap a fat chick (he is gonna have a heyday with this place). Quantity over Quality.
Maki,...if you read this get your butt in here.

warwick.hoy wrote:I passed on the strat but I did find a MIM Tele Deluxe at a pawnshop that is more my style. As much as I don't wanna,....I'm going to put it on Layaway. It's a little more then I want to spend on a guitar and the only way to keep someone else from buying before I get paid on the 20th is to put $100 bucks on it. Unfortunately layaway means I have to pay sticker price (as opposed to the $300 + Tax for the Tele, Tweed Case and a new set of strings that was offered to buy it outright),...but it's still a better deal then buying new. The money is there but we also have a large rent/deposit check floating out there as well as my cell phone bill Autopay and I don't wanna overdraw my account.
Wheelin and Dealin. Gonna puts some 11's on it for the moment. Just to play in Drop D.
I played it through a $3000 Black Cat guitar combo amp that FUCKING SCREAMS. Well out of my price range though.
They also had a Sunn Beta Bass that would be cool to own,....but I'm set on amps for now. If it's still there in a couple of months I might pick it up.
EDIT: Here is that guitfiddle.

DO WANT!!!! GIVE IT!!! NAO!!!

meh. i was in Vietnam a few years back, and on a tour the tour guide was super proud to announce, "the last national poll, 2 years ago, showed that only 22% of Vietnames had eaten dog!". i think that's a bit more of a stereotype than a reality.
horse on the other hand. my father in law LOVES Uma Sashimi. most regions in Japan have a specialty dish they excel at, and he comes from an island that rokks the shit out of horse i guess. i get to pass on stuff like that by saying i'm a vegetarian. i did try whale once though.
i'd totally make an exception for the No Meat Please policy for dolphin, human, or a monkey smart enough to understand what was happening to it. i'm VERY curious about the tast of Long Pig.
and i love that picture. comes up a lot if you search for Japanese Pussy Eating.

Long Pig,...isn't that the literal translation for what some tribal cannibals call human?
Makes me think that humans taste like pork.
I'd love some Micheal Moore Bacon,...that guy is fat.

Long pig sounds like a synonym for suckling pig to me...

Also- hey warwick- do you know some good recipes for pumpkin cream soup? I figured I might just ask right away, since you are a cook.

You mean the Whale Strut thread? Nah,...that guy is stupid now. He's pretty much made a fortune off of telling stories about other peoples suffering and having an opinion. To me that makes him no better then the rest of the Hollyspooge Elite.
I was pretty much searching for a fat guy because they would probably make the best human bacon.
To Schlatte,....I don't have any recipes off the top of my head (search around the internets),...but we made a roasted pumpkin, fresh celery root, and apple soup at work. For good creamy soups like that,...it helps to have a food mill.
