The potential that Guild Wars 2 had burns me up, just like the original Planetside and APB.
Funfunfunfunfunfunfunfun...suddenly there's nothing to do anymore. Or at least that's how it was when I quit about a year ago, no endgame. I was disappointed that the dungeon style they went with was the "these guys all have a million HP and kill you in two hits" route. Can't stand MMO bosses whose difficulty revolves around a 20 minute battle.
I still wanna go back to my Engineer, though. So much fun. I loved the PVP in beta too, where the mines would knock people a good distance away. I never got any kills but people in voicechat were always yelling their heads off at me.

They still havent fixed the biggest problem with the game which is the need to merge most of the servers together. I've had to run away from so many Champion bosses because no one is there to help me out. The other problems like; being in the back line and still getting randomly hit hard, the dungeons still are hard as balls with a team of pugs and Elementalists can't swap weapon sets (Though they have 4 changeable element attunements)
But I'm playing a Dagger Elementalist and found a more Aussie heavy server (Crystal Desert) so it's somewhat reinvigorated my interest. I don't have the time or interest to grind for high end gear anymore and the average Legendary item goes for about 2000 gold which is rediculous. So aside from the grinding for items and annoying gameplay, I'm playing GW2
Trying to play so many games and get distracted about 1/4 the way in. Shit sucks.

Yeah I get bored with games really quickly now, like within a day. It takes something really special to hold my attention. A lot of games have interesting features, but not many compel me to wanna see them through to the end.

I feel you. I feel you so hard.
Still playing Fallout 3 instead of doing so many other things.

I was playing a shit load of Borderlands 2 until my fucking xbox deleted my save file. Haven't been able to look at it since.

Alright, 5-6 hours of GW2. I'm back on the same wavelength of Achtane
What else is there to play? I might try to get around to trying those f2p games on Steam, I never really had the bandwidth to DL them but I've upgraded my plan so I should have some more luck.

Seriously man that sucks.
I lost my lv 50 Mechromancer (before the raised level caps) and had an inventory full of Legendary weapons that I spent hours farming. Lost my file in a failed SSD, by the time I looked a BL2 again the cap was raised and it would take me about 2-3 times longer for my character to be relevant again.

Bought State of Decay, what with it being on sale and all. I like it. Pretty rough around the edges but it's pretty good and quite engrossing despite said rough edges. Of course I'm a sucker for quite nearly anything post-apocalyptic, so...

Metal Slug PC Collection all day every day.
Amazing games, terrible port, hopefully SNK does the series justice now that they've put out their first Steam title.

Short answer, yes. Long answer, yes if you're a fan of construction/micromanagement Sims and don't mind the general alphaness. Core mechanics are pretty much there but there's bugs and general optimization issues and a few missing features that don't really break the game.

Man all that sucks so much. I've been playing for like 3 days and I'm only level 12. I wanted to create a second character but I don't want to go through this all again

My roommate and I are getting closer to finishing the story on BL2 but once we beat it I doubt I play it much more, I really like the game but playing it mostly alone isn't that fun for me.
Picked up State of Decay and Spelunky from the Steam sale. Can't wait to start those once I finish Guacamelee and Portal 2 (yep, still haven't played through it yet

)
