necroooo bump.

lol. just got an email from YT saying there was a complaint because i violated the TOS at 2.44. they pointed to the sub section about personal information. wonnnnnnnderrrr who complained to try to get it taken down?

funny thing is, i still feel sorta like an ass for having done this vidja, but he ended up doing the minimal thing i wanted in the first place, taking back the faulty pedal and giving me my monies. but now this has had around 1700 views, i've had about 30 emails or pms or other contact telling me how someone WAS going to buy this then they watched this.....

weird people are WEIRD.

I see where this is going. Musician -> Musician w/ YouTube channel -> Guitar Pedal Consumer Watchdog and Peoples Hero -> Governor of Rhode Island.

More like kowai.

Read through the subsection, edit the vid accordingly and post it again.

Shady practices is shady practises.

they said i had 48 hours to respond or they'd just take it down, if i respond they review it. i sent an email back saying "i covered up any personal information, if it needs a larger graphic there please let me know, i'll do that.". i read through the section of the TOS they referred to, it just says you can't give out people's personal info. which i'm fine with. i dooooon't want to have to do an edit on my end and reupload it, if you do that it loses the views and comments. if they say i need to do more, i think i can use their tools to edit it without having to reupload a different one?

KOWAI INDEED.

Soooooo could anybody pm me jwar's post that got deleted because it seems that there was speak of a bedpost and sexual mishaps with said bedpost.
Also im curious what the cutoff for obscenity is here. This seems like the most lax forum around. (except for that other one)

no n word and don't be a dick is pretty much the limits.

sechsy nude laydays or dooders used to be okay, Tommo ran into trouble with some of his ad revenue stuff because of it, so links to things is okay, hosted pics/vids is a no no.

it was a cute description of dooder fucking himself with a bedpost. i actually asked him to soften it up 'cause at that point i was trying to treat Luck Duck-holer like a guy that just flubbed something, but he turned out to be quite the cunt knuckle.
