I don't get way they even call those games Assassin's Creed. Whenever I watched my roommate play AC3 he was just fighting a bunch of dudes on the street every time.

Just tried Rage on Steam's free weekend; Jesus Christ what a piece of shit
Took me three tries to load it. First time it wouldn't load and second time it crashed 5 minutes into the game.
When I finally got it working the entire HUD constantly flickers and the entire game glitches occasionally.
Textures have to load every single time you look at them, so if you turn too fast they're all messed up.
And actual gameplay was pathetic. It was so clearly just a cheaply made Fallout. Incredibly linear and the AI wasn't even remotely challenging at all.
End rant.
Now I just want to play Fallout.

Okay between Pokemon and Link Between Worlds I could really use a 3DS. What model is easiest to snag on the cheap used/does anyone have experience with the 2DS? I did not enjoy the 3D feature at all (hurts my eyes and brain) and don't need it.

On Amazon you can snag a used 3DS for about the same price as a new 2DS (I'm seeing $127 new 2D vs $130 used 3D). I own neither, but I would never buy a 2DS because it's huge and doesn't fold up like a 3DS.

I have a 2DS and really like it. Honestly I always found the flip-top ones awkward to hold so it's more comfortable to me. I'd say if you don't want 3d and don't need to carry it in your pocket go for the 2DS.

Fuck man, I was wanting to replace my 1st Gen Ipad for a new Tablet to use for traveling/work and be portable for ages now. Yes, I can buy a laptop for the price but i've already have a high end PC and tablets are much more portable and less of a hassle.

I could be playing fucking Skyrim on a tablet on my lunchbreak. That shit is so tight.
