Been curious too since I'm probably buying one of those Alumitones from you. Are they the black or the chrome ones?

I've got a pair of Aluma P90s waiting to be installed in my Tele VI. Can't wait.

I use imgur also, and I found if you use "medium thumbnail" it is much less mawhooooosive.
When you click on one of your images the size options are in the lower right corner in blue text. You have to click on one and it will update the sharing links. Hope that helps

Or if you're on Android, you can get imageshrink lite for free and it will give you the option to share to imgur after you resize. Its what I use and its really simple and convenient.

I just upload to tinypic and let my shit float out into the ether.

2- where did you get that hardtail conversion? I realize I rarely use the trem arm on mine, and once I get a whammy, I probably never will again.
