On topic of builder direct discounts, most every ILF builder has offered me frequent buyer discounts without me ever asking, no bullshit. That includes custom builds and finishes too. ILF easily houses the best bunch of boutique builders (sub forums and Shark Tank alike) that you can find all in one place. No question. The best!

I only stayed on their mailing list for the chance to win stuff. I never win stuff so I jumped on the train and removed myself from their mailing list. Not worth saving a few bucks to support a company who doesn't support the "little guy".
