So I was looking for a cheap beater bass . . . . just because really, and i totally scored an old Tokai Jazz Sound with the full on Fender headstock. Sure it has a meh solid white refinish but the bass sounds like bouncing boobs in my mouth. Me and her got drunk last night and passed out at 10pm. Just needs some flats (probably Chromes) and i'll beat the hell out of it some more, like any good bass deserves.

I read some TB thread where the dude hated octave pedals because they don't track below open A. Idiot. Then I saw a thread with NOISE in the titke like four pages back and got excited for a moment before realizing they were discussing unwanted noise. Sucks.

I dig a bit of Sea Sick Steve for sure. Seems like a pretty heartfelt man. His homemade instruments are pretty nifty too.

I remember Excane too...he needs to be here.

And Seasick Steve is my new fave performer...this guy rocks! Bonus points for his having the man responsible for me being a bass player in his band.
