What you see there is:
50lbs Mellos Super Spartan Special Mushroom Hybrid Popcorn Seed XXLK. Anyone ever been to Garrett in Chicago? Well, shhhhh.... Mellos is their supplier, and this is their blend. I had my dad bring it down from Chicago in exchange for a set of cornhole boards that I made for him.
About 3.5lbs of Hoosier Hill Farm Cheddar Cheese Powder. This is
real powdered cheddar cheese, completely unlike the crap you get in mac & cheese, or from the grocery store. My understanding is that it is made by spraying a mist of liquid cheddar cheese from the top of a hot, dry silo. It dries by the time it hits the bottom.
60oz Lou Ana coconut oil. Cheapest, best coconut oil I have found for cheddar popcorn. If you like buttered popcorn, you need Paragon oil.
12lbs SF Bay coffee. 3lbs Organic Rainforest blend, 3lbs French Roast, and 6lbs Colombian. Good stuff, and cheap when you order it in quantity.
Not shown: Flavocol. This is
the best popcorn salt you can buy, period. With Flavocol and Paragon oil, and either Gold Medal or Great Northern seeds, you can make the exact popcorn you get at the movies.
